ARROW Leadership Programme
What is ARROW?
ARROW is our 7 month internship & leadership programme designed to establish and equip those young adults (school leavers or gap year students between the ages of 18 - 25 year old) who have a gap year that they would love to use by developing leadership within schools in South Auckland through our ARROW Leadership Programme.
Our ARROWS Programme:
Our programme is designed to help the interns discover their gifting's, grow in their relationship with Jesus and serve their community through mentoring programmes into schools in the local area. Programme will begin in first week of March each year and interns graduate in first week of September the same year.
You will learn:
Administration Matters:
The programme is only $100 for the whole 6 months which is to cover training manuals and resources used by interns during their time in the programme. Hours for Programme is 9am - 2pm | Tuesday to Friday. There will be a mid-programme break which is a week, but programme is very focused and outcomes for programme are key for our interns reaching all their personal and spiritual goals.

All interns are trained to facilitate our community programmes in schools, community groups and church groups. Our ARROW in-school leadership programme allow small group interaction to develop students in life skills and leadership for life. This is a 6 - 8 week programme done over a 7 month window.

- Fill in "Online Application Form" below
- Contacted for an "Interview"
- "Confirmation/Non- Acceptance Letter & Email" sent
- "$100 Administration" payment to be made
- Start "ARROW Programme"
