Important Information
Your Child will Need To Bring
- Morning Tea - Lunch
- Warm clothes - Lots to drink
Supervisors will advise parents as to what they are to bring each day. e.g. togs/towel.
Excursions and Trips
On Trips the supervisor will have a Mobile work phone. These numbers are available from our office on 298 1807. All queries regarding any aspect of the trips away can be talked about with the supervisor before the excursion.
Any days that the children will not be back at The Gate and ready for pick up the parents will be advised and will not be charged for After Care on these days only! No booking is confirmed until payment is made. We accept cash, or eftpos card. If you would like to pay via the internet our account no. is:

W.I.N.Z. Subsidies
Rock Holiday programme is OSCAR registered and parents maybe eligible for subsidy through Work and Income NZ. See if your eligible for WINZ subsidy and how much your entitled to by clicking here.
All booking require a 1 week advance deposit. (Please note that we require 2 days to process the enrolment)
For WINZ clients a deposit of $100 pre child is required when enrolling your child.
A deposit of $50 per week per child is required from the W.I.N.Z. clients. No payments or enrolments will be taken at the holiday programme. The programme has a capacity of 60 children per day. We will accept the first 60 children who have paid in full.
